Delivery within Attica with the company's own means
Upon payment of the order, the customer is notified by our company two days in advance, of the day and time of shipment. In case of any delivery difficulty, the customer must declare it in advance to the company letting us know if there is any difficulty in accessing the delivery place or floor. Delivery is free of charge. In case a lift needs to be used due to the weight or the dimensions of the product, our external partner will arrange the hire with a cost of 70 €. The cost of using the elevator is covered by the customer and it is paid upon delivery to the external partner.
Delivery to a delivery agency (Attica branch)
Applied to orders delivered outside Attica. The products are packaged and delivered free of charge by our company to the Attica branch of the delivery company the customer will indicate, within the time frame required for the manufacture of the order according to the customer's choices (i.e. custom dimensions, use of custom fabric selected by customer, etc.). The customer is responsible for the transport and delivery of the order by the delivery company they selected. The customer will cover associated costs (from the Attica branch of the agency the customer selected to their preferred delivery address).
Lazysofa.gr is not responsible in case of delivery delays due to emergencies or force majeure.
